Hair Feather Extensions add Drama to Style

Hair Feather Extensions
Lots of girls are wearing a new accessory in their hair. It is the feather hair extension. They come in many shapes, sizes and colors.

These feathers are sold in hair salons all over town. The feather is held in by a bead, which is attached to a small portion of hair. They’re usually pretty cheap and take less than five minutes to put in. They also last for 4-6 weeks and can be reused even after you have them taken out. Another thing about these feathers is that you don’t have to do anything extra to maintain them. They can be flat ironed, blow dried, or washed just like your normal hair.

Haley Warner had a few feathers in her hair. She said that she went to Bliss Salon off West Main Street, where the cost is ten dollars per feather.

“At first they were in a place where you couldn’t see them very well, but I went to get them moved for free and I love having them,” said Warner.

Noemi Ramos is another student who wears feathers, but she bought the supplies and put them in herself. She thought they would look really pretty in her hair so she gave it a try.

“I did it myself that way I can choose exactly what I want and can fix them myself if they fall out or need to be moved. I only kept it in for about three weeks, but I’m planning on getting another one,” said Ramos.

Feather hair extensions are great if you want something to add to your hairstyle.
