How to Have a Good Day

SOOOOOPHIA
When you wake up on the wrong side of the bed, the last thing you want to do is come to school. There are some steps that you can take to make your day as wonderful as possible. There are many ways of having a good day, many depend on the person. Having a good day is the best feeling ever. But if you happen to be stuck, here are some ideas.
1.  Eat a good healthy breakfast
Don’t just eat a Little Debbies pastry and call your breakfast good. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for a reason. Your body needs quality nutrients and vitamins to stay energized and healthy throughout the day.
2. Treat yourself
Start your morning off with something worth waking up for. Wake up early enough to get a cinnamon spice latte or a nice breakfast for yourself. When you have something to look forward to in the morning you will have the motivation you need to wake-up.
3.  Don’t Forget your ID
It is the worst when the security guards stop you at the tower just because you don’t have your ID. All you want to do is go to class but the won’t let you. If you keep an extra ID in your backpack, you don’t have to worry about the panic attack that occurs when your lanyard isn’t around your neck.
 4. Smile and be positive
Being negative just brings everyone down. If you have a playlist of all your favorite songs and listen to it in the hallways on the way to class, you can get into the right mood. Music can get you into your own little happy zone.
According to Joseph Stormberg of the Smithsonian Magazine website, “Smiling can actually reduce stress and help us feel better”. Therefore, smiling will help you have a good day.
