3, 2, 1, Prom

Esperanza Fraga

As the night begins, after getting make-up and hair done, shoes, dresses, and suits put on. The doors begin to open at 8 p.m. and it will be for most juniors their first prom and for seniors, their last.

As school staff lay out the red carpet, set table decorations, and the DJ sets up his station attempting to make this a night to remember for the students. It is the day that students show off their best attire, bright, shiny shoes and best dresses.

Students walked through the door of the WMU Center of Business development with their gold ticket in hands with either a date or group of friends. As they walked up the red carpet they received flashes from photographers where many posed before entering the main room. As students entered, they grabbed refreshments and danced until the clock hits 11:30 where their night of partying came to an end.
