Our Swimmer Knights protected the castle last night against the Bridgman Bees. Swimmers got their job done in the pool, divers on the board for a team win! Knights are 5-2 on the season. Loy Norrix 107, Bridgman 79.

Winterfest 2023 will begin on Monday!
The spirit days will be:

Monday- Character Day- Dress as your favorite character from a book, movie, TV show, stage play, anything you can come up with.

Tuesday- Country vs. Country Club- Dress in your favorite country attire or dress in your country club attire. You can Google this and many ideas from different high schools will pop up.

Wednesday- Formal Day, Dress up and look your best.

Thursday- Celebrity Day, This day is looking like your favorite celebrity in any area- Music, Movies, TV, etc.

Friday- Blue and White Day- wear your Norrix gear or blue and white.

There will be penny wars starting Monday. Drop off your pennies in the Athletic Office next week. Pennies are points for your class. Any Silver coins are negative points toward the class of your choice. The class with the most pennies will win all 4 groups for their class fund.

Candy Land- You remember the board game. See it come to life at the dance next Friday after the Men’s Basketball games vs. Portage Northern until 11:00. The cost will be $5.

There will be a YES Club meeting Monday, Jan. 30th in room D-4, until 3:30. If you are interested in joining Teacher Academy, this is a perfect club for you.

AV club members who are working on the senior video, there will be a meeting in K-6 on Wednesday, February 1st right after school. We will also be meeting every Wednesday during February.

It’s time for CTE/EFA/EMC applications! If you’re interested in applying for a program, please contact your counselor or look in the counseling google classroom for instructions.

Attention Seniors! The Kalamazoo Community Foundation scholarship is now open! You can fill out one application and be eligible for over 65 scholarships. More information can be found in the counseling google classroom, or by emailing your counselor.

Attention All Travelers to Spain and Portugal: There will be a mandatory meeting to discuss important information about our upcoming trip to sunny Spain and exotic Portugal on Wednesday, February 1st in C-15, Mrs. Lewis’s room at 7:00 P.M. Please park in the back lot and come to the door by Mrs. Lewis’s room. You must have your LNHS ID to present at the outside door to gain entrance. This meeting is for those signed up to travel as well as parents/guardians
