Are you trying hard to pay attention and listen but you just can’t keep your eyes open?
It may be because you aren’t getting enough sleep at night. Teenagers need at least 8-9 hours of sleep each night.
You also could be sabotaging yourself by eating the wrong foods or not eating at all. Stay away from sugar and caffeine.
Studies have found that eating an apple can give you more energy than a cup of coffee.
Making sure you are well rested and eating a nutritious breakfast every day!
When you’re more alert in class, you’ll be able to do better!
