The Women's Soccer team's season abruptly ended in an upset loss to Portage Northern in first round district play. The Knights finished with a 13-6-2 record, 4th in the SMAC regular season and 4th place in the league tournament. Improving their overall record of 12-9-0 last year, this year's squad added to an already rich Women's Soccer program.

For students who are interested in the Spanish Dual Enrollment Program at Western, a meeting will be held in Ms. Antoniotti’s room, A-18, Today, May 21st, during 5th period with a representative from WMU. This meeting would be ideal for any native Spanish speakers, as well as anyone who is currently studying Spanish, who would be interested in earning Spanish college credits while still in high school.
Come out and support your Women's Soccer team in District play tonight at 6pm. They take on the Huskies of Portage Northern. During regular season play, and Senior Night, Madison Chappa, and her teammates saved the night when she scored the game winner with 30 seconds left in the match.

Every student who plans on playing sports next year will need a sports physical done after April 15, 2025 to play sports for the 2025-2026 school year. Don't wait until the last minute. Stop by the Knights Health Center to schedule your sports physical. There are still plenty of days before this school year ends to schedule a sports physical. We will be open all summer for sports physicals as well. Sports physicals are free at the Knights Health Center. You will need a sports physical form filled out and signed by your parent or guardian. If you do not have a Knights Health Center consent on file, you will also need to have your parent or guardian sign our consent form. The forms can be picked up at the Knights Health Center.

Chess Club is today during all three lunches in Room D10. Please get a purple pass from your teacher, pick up your lunch, and come to play. Anybody may attend, and anyone who beats Mr. Bellware wins a custom-made chess board.

Mrs. Roman’s Women’s Studies class is hosting a door-decorating contest for National Women's Month. To accommodate spring break and testing, the contest dates have been extended. The new deadline for the doors is Friday May 16th.

Women's Soccer dropped their third game of the season with a 4-0 loss to 6th ranked Portage Central. They are now 9-3-1 overall and 4-3-1 in conference play. The Knights host Portage Northern on Wednesday night honoring our senior players. Ceremonies begin at 6pm followed by the Varsity match kicking off at 6:30pm.
