Do you need volunteer hours, or just want to improve your community? Knights of the Neighborhood is a club that represents Norrix in Kalamazoo. Our meetings are on Tuesdays from 2:30 to 3:30 in room B13.

If you are a senior, stop by the Counseling Office as soon as possible to sign up for a meeting with your counselor. Senior meetings are mandatory for all students in the 12th grade. Sign up sheets will be in the hallway, and passes will be emailed before your meeting.

For all students interested in joining Loy Norrix Key Club, the $15 Key Club dues are due by Oct. 20. Our next Key Club meeting will be Oct. 24 at 2:30 in Ms. Nelson’s room, D13.

If you’re a senior interested in studying science or math, you should come learn more about the Heyl Scholarship on Monday, Oct. 16 at Kalamazoo College. In addition to this informational meeting, there is another one about this scholarship opportunity on Monday, Oct. 23 at Western Michigan University for those interested in a nursing career. For more information, look for the flyers around the building or see Ms. Nelson in room D13.

If you are interested in learning archery, you may want to consider joining the Loy Norrix Archery Club. Join the Google Classroom using code xx22efb to get updates regarding the upcoming start of this club.

The library will be closed during lunches and 4th and 5th hours today.

The Women’s Swimming and Diving Team won 105-80 against St. Joseph last night, finishing the dual meet season 9-0 and winning their 40th meet in a row in the past four years.
