Attention Link Crew Leaders. There is a Link Crew Leader meeting in the Library today after school at 2:30. If you have any questions or concerns, reach out to a coordinator.

Green School will meet Tuesday this week due to testing. It will be held in room B14 from 2:30-3:30. See you there!

Seniors – it’s time to get your ticket to this year’s Grad Bash, which is an all night post graduation party, with lots of fun for everyone! Tickets are only $30 and can be bought on the KPS website. We hope to see all graduating Seniors

Class of 2022 the BSN clothing sale has been extended through April 13th in order for you to get your Class of 2022 t-shirt, long sleeve shirt, sweatshirt or mask! Let’s show some school spirit and raise a little extra money for end of the year activities.

The Travel Club would like you to know that one of the most interesting places we have yet to explore is on the itinerary for the upcoming trip we will be taking in June of 2023.

Portugal, here we come!

Did you know that the capital of Portugal, Lisbon, is the second oldest European capital city? Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Tagus River, this largest city in Portugal retains a classic 19th century feel. Vendors roam the streets with their wares on their heads and fragatas, the crescent shaped boats of ancient Phoenician origin ply the harbor.

Travel with us and walk in the footsteps of ancient pre-Celtic people, Roman legions, Muslim and Crusading Christian invaders, and Napoleon’s Army. Peer at the Atlantic from the opposite side for once. Stand at the crossroads of the history and cultures of two continents, Europe and Africa, as you peer at Lisbon’s beautiful natural harbor.

If you are interested in seeing Spain and Portugal next summer, come to the Travel Club Meeting on Wednesday, April 13 at 6:00 PM in C-15, Mrs. Lewis’ room. Parents and guardians are welcome as are siblings interested in traveling. Park in the back parking lot and come to the outside door by Mr. O’Bryan’s and Mrs. Lewis’ rooms. Have your ID ready to show for entrance into the building.
