“The Knights Health Center will be closed on Monday, February 17th. We will reopen on Tuesday, February 18th. Try to stay healthy! To help prevent the spread of illness, wash your hands or use hand sanitizer, if you need to cough or sneeze, do so into your elbow area to help prevent the spread of respiratory droplets, and if you have a fever or vomiting, stay home until 24 hours after the fever has resolved and vomiting has stopped. Get plenty of sleep, drink plenty of water, and eat healthy foods. Also, make sure to take care of your mental health and do some fun or relaxing activities. We wish you a happy and healthy day!”
