Attention Key Club International members! This Tuesday, February 25 is our next meeting in room K10 at 2:30 pm. We will be voting for next year’s officers.
Any student who is going to compete in the ACT-SO competitions, needs to report to Ms. Van Lieu about their project. The deadline is approaching for presentations of any of the categories. Please report to A12 at any lunch.
Attention 9th or 10th grade students: You should have received a letter at home about an upcoming presentation by the Kalamazoo County Health Department. If you have an “opt out” form from your parent or guardian you need to bring it to the Main office and put it in the box.
Baseball tryouts will be on March 9, please see Coach Rickli in the Athletic office for important details.
Attention Men’s Lacrosse players and prospective players: there will be a meeting at 6pm on Thursday, February 27 in the Kalamazoo Central cafeteria to meet the new coach. Anyone interested should attend and bring parent/guardians. Any questions, check in the athletic office.
Attention Class of 2021: You have until Monday, March 2nd to turn in your submissions for our senior shirt and banner design. You can submit your designs by Google Docs, under Mrs. May’s door, or in her mailbox!
There are 22 Serious Fun Camps located around the world to help seriously and terminally ill children and 9 in the US. Donations will continue until Tuesday, March 3. Twenty five cents will get your name on the cafeteria window!
We all have the responsibility to be respectful to the school environment that we spend most of our days in. Students are expected to pick up after themselves in the cafeteria, which includes keeping items of food at your own table, throwing away all trash items, and cleaning up any spills. Please help us keep our school looking good. We have a lot of opportunities to clean up the cafeteria in the morning and after lunches and will be happy to schedule students to assist with this process, if they are found unable to adhere to the expectations. It would also be awesome to show our respect to the staff who spend their lunches with us. Please and thank you’s go a long way.
