Are you interested in Dance, Movement, Choreography, and Music? The Loy Norrix Band’s Colorguard Section is looking for new students! The colorguard is the only section of the band that you can be a part of if you don’t play an instrument. We are having an “Open Spin” this Tuesday, January 28 in J10 from 2:45 – 4:45 pm. It’s not a try-out, there’s no commitment, just come on down and learn the basics of how to spin a flag! It’s very casual and low-pressure. Any questions, please see Mr. Mirakovits!
The Kenya Pot Luck Meeting will be held at 6pm tomorrow, Tuesday at Mrs. May’s house. Please bring a dish to pass. See Ms. May for more details.
Did you go to El Sol or a Peacejammer or both or need community service hours? This Thursday afterschool we will meet at Mrs. May’s room right afterschool and go to El Sol to make Valentines for Veterans at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center. You will need to wear a Loy Norrix shirt or a Peacejam shirt to attend. We have 12 classes that will be waiting for us from 1st through 5th grade.
