Hello, Loy Norrix Knights! Do you have a passion for movies? Do you want to make music videos for student bands or participate in short film competitions? If all of this sounds like something you’d be interested in then come on down to room K6 on Thursday, September 22nd for the first meeting of The Loy Norrix AV Club!
Your Cyber Knights are at it again and looking for more to join them as they learn to defend themselves and others from cyber attacks. Attacks are on the rise. Cyber criminals try to make a quick buck by holding your files hostage. Nation states try to cripple an enemy’s infrastructure. Meanwhile we all are caught in the middle.
Your Cyber Knights are currently prepping for the CyberPatriot competition, which kicks off this October. Join us after school Tuesdays and Thursdays in M1, lower M-wing, to learn the craft and meet your fellow Cyber Knights.
Seniors, it’s college visit time! Stop by the counseling office before school, during lunch, or after school to sign up. Upcoming visits include: EMU, MSU, UofM, Hope, and WMU. Email your counselor if you have questions.
Attention Baseball players! We need help behind the scenes with our musical “Legally Blonde.” It takes a lot of people to put on a show: stage managers, tech crew, spot light operators, and more! If you are interested in helping out backstage, we are having an informational meeting after school on Wednesday the 21st in room J11. This meeting is not a commitment, it is for anyone who is curious or interested in stage crew. See Mr. Lafferty with any questions.
The Women’s Basketball Team will be having Open Gyms from 6-7:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You must go home after school and get a ride back for the Open Gym time.
Anyone who plans to play Women’s Basketball is encouraged to attend.
