This is a running club that helps people be fit and healthy. We don’t just run: we throw, lift, jump, and do many things that make you more flexible, stronger, faster and leaner. We meet at the 4-corners on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 2:30 to 4:15 p.m. Distance conditioning is also held from 2:30 to 4:15 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays. Staff, if you want to purchase a cat toy but are unable to make it to the lunchroom during lunch, please send Ms. Ward an email, and she will send students to you. Cat toys are $2 each.
