AAC will be open today. AAC is available for tutoring Monday through Thursday from 2:30-3:30pm. See your teachers or stop by C16 to learn more.

Attention Actors! If you are interested in auditioning for the Loy Norrix Musical, there is a free audition workshop after school today at 2:45 in the Choir Room J12. This is a great opportunity to learn audition songs, learn the audition dance, meet the directors, and ask questions. Everyone is welcome to attend this workshop, even if you aren’t sure about auditioning. See Mr. Lafferty in J11 with any questions. Auditions will be after school next Tuesday, November 9th and we need your help to make this show a success!

The Loy Norrix Conservatives will meet today, Thursday, November 4th, after school in Room number D18.

Attention Loy Norrix Knights: Are you looking for a club that encourages leadership, community service, AND looks great on resumes and college applications? Look no further. Key Club International is the club for you. The Key Club International membership drive is taking place now. Membership dues are $15 and are due by November 9th. Please see Ms. Nelson in room D13 or a fellow Key Club member for more information.

Attention Loy Norrix students! Are you interested in discussing topics like social justice, individual rights and preserving democracy? The Young Democrats meets on Tuesdays at 2:30pm in Room C13. Join us for political discussions and chances for involvement in local politics!

Loy Norrix Jazz Band is accepting new members! If you can read music, are interested in learning how to improvise and perform Jazz, Rock, or Latin music, join our band! We rehearse every Tuesday right after school. If interested, please contact Mr. Shebukhov or stop by the band room number J10 on Tuesday after school.

Softball Conditioning will be today, Thursday, November 4th from 6-8 pm. We will meet in the back gym, bring your glove.

The next two Winter Sports that begin next week are Competitive Cheer and Women’s Basketball.

Cheer will have tryouts Monday November 8, Tuesday November 9, and Wednesday, November 10 from 6:00-8:00 P.M.

Women’s Basketball will begin Monday November 8 from 5:00-7:30 and then Tuesday November 9 through Friday November 12 from 5:00-7:00.

Students must have your planeths.com accounts either created or updated fully before being allowed to participate. Instruction sheets are available in the Athletic Office if you need one. Don’t be left sitting out, get your account up to date today!

In addition, you must leave the building and return at your practice time. Make a plan now to leave and return. Think ahead as you will need a plan not only for the first week but the entire season!
