It was a “SUPERIOR” night at MSBOA Marching Band Festival for your Loy Norrix Marching Knights. They traveled to Plainwell High School to perform for a panel of three professional adjudicators in the categories of Music, Marching, and Showmanship/General Effect. Bands are rated on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being the best. The Band earned a Division 1 or “Superior” rating, the highest possible distinction for a performing ensemble. Not only that, but each adjudicator gave us the highest possible rating in their category. This is the first time the LN Band has received not only an overall Division 1 rating at Marching Band Festival, but “Straight Ones” from each adjudicator. It was a great performance by your Loy Norrix Marching Knights!
