The Loy Norrix Forensics team had its best showing of the season this past Saturday at Portage Central, where 19 of our 27 participants advanced to the final round. Chloe Davis, Ellen Terzino, Catie Frink, and Braeden Davis all took home first place in their respective events. The entire team combined to give Loy Norrix the 3rd place overall finish. Congratulations to everyone on the team and Go Goose!
The blood drive yesterday was a huge success! Students and staff were able to donate 71 pints of blood, which was 6 more pints than last year. That blood has the potential to save up to 213 lives. Way to go Loy Norrix and let’s keep up our school’s amazing blood drive culture!
AAC will be open today in the following rooms; English and Chinese in K1, math in B13, science in C17, ESL support in K5W, Spanish in A18, and study hall in C16.

Do you have any old children’s books just sitting around and don’t know what to do with them? If so, drop off any books that you have and donate them to elementary students! Key Club is hosting a book donation drive and would love for our fellow knights to help! Bring your books to the drop off box located in the Office. Show your Knight Spirit!
The Cesar Chavez March is coming up on April 7. Any students interested in participating in this event should email Señora Holmes or talk directly to Andrea Medina-Hernandez or Jaylynn Sanchez. If you would like to order a shirt for the event, please contact us as soon as possible! Permission slips need to be turned by March 23.
Attention Travelers to Spain and Portugal: There will be a mandatory meeting on Wednesday, March 22 at 7:00 pm. in Mrs. Lewis’s classroom C-15. Please bring copies of your passport if you have not already submitted them to Mrs. Lewis, Ms. VanLieu, or Senora Holmes.Once again, use the back door and have your student ID. We depart for Spain in fewer than 95 days!
There will be Chess Club on Wednesday during all lunch shifts in computer lab D-10. If you would like to attend, please see Mr. Bellware before Wednesday in D-10 for your purple lunch passes.
Anybody with a pass may attend, and anyone who beats Mr. Bellware wins a customized chess board.

Attention Seniors: As we prepare for graduation, we are in need of any footage you have of you and fellow seniors. A google form will be sent to your email address. The footage is a highlight of graduation and we would love to see your pictures on the big screen.
Good morning knights! The Women Empowerment Club is having a meeting Thursday March 23rd in room B-21 right after school!
