College visits for this fall are as follows:

• Grand Valley State University on Oct. 9
• Western Michigan University on Oct. 17
• Kalamazoo Valley Community College on Oct. 26
• Wayne State University on Nov. 7

Please see Kalamazoo Promise coach Mr. Moore in the library to sign up to attend and get more information.

Homecoming dance tickets are available at lunch or in Ms. Corstange’s room for $10 each. The dance is October 6 from after the football game until 11:00.

AAC will be open today for tutoring in the following rooms: social studies in K13, math in B23, English in B21, science in C17, ESL support in K5W, Spanish in K12, SAT math prep in B13, and study hall in C16.

Sword and Board will meet in room C16 this Thursday from 2:30 to 3:30. All tabletop gamers and games are invited to join.

Attention anyone interested in playing men’s volleyball, there is an open gym in the main gym this Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00. Come check it out, and be sure to contact Coach Mac if you have any questions.

Attention Loy Norrix seniors: please stop by the Counseling Office to sign up for a meeting with your counselor. These meetings are required for all seniors. Sign up sheets will be in the hallway, and passes will be emailed before your meeting.

Attention all environmentalists: Green School will meet Thursday in Room B14 after school. All are welcome.

Do you need volunteer hours, or just want to improve your community? Knights of the Neighborhood is a club that represents Loy Norrix in Kalamazoo. Our meetings are on Tuesdays from 2:30 to 3:30 in room B13.
