It’s game day for our boys Varsity basketball team! The Knights will take on Kalamazoo Central at 5:30pm today at PORTAGE CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL! The team and the athletics department is asking for everyone to come out and sit in the student section and be loud all game long! The theme is a black out! Once again it’s a 5:30pm tip off at Portage Central High School come wearing black!
Seniors!!! The yearbook is looking to take a senior spirit photo at tonight’s men’s basketball game at Portage Central. Please show up to cheer on your team and get in the spirit photo for the yearbook!!!

We are looking for anyone interested in running track to come out Monday, March 11th for the start of the spring season. We will still be meeting Tuesdays and Thursdays until exams. Do you do a fall sport but not a spring sport? Track is the perfect way to keep or get in condition for your primary sport. We are especially looking for people interested in trying new things like pole vault, jumping events, throwing events, sprints, and hurdles. Try it out! What have you got to lose?
Juniors! Have you started studying for the SATs? Need a little help? Then stop by the Counseling Office for an official College Board study guide. We have 35 study guides, so first come, first served.
Attention any one interested in playing Men’s Volleyball this spring, there is a short meeting to pass out tryout information and other key details on Friday March 1st in the cafeteria. See you there.
AAC will be open today from 230-330 for tutoring in the following rooms: Math in B21, Science in C19, Spanish in K12, SAT Math Prep in B13, and Study Hall in A19.
Sword and Board will meet on Thursday from 2:30-3:30 in room C16. All tabletop gamers and games are invited to join. This will be the last session for the trimester.

EFA Dance Concert ” A KNIGHT OF DANCE” will be held in the LNHS Auditorium Tonight, Wednesday, February 28th at 6:30 pm featuring 2nd Trimester dancers and special guest performances.
The night will include a variety of dance styles ranging from contemporary, hiphop, jazz, musical theater, majorette and more. Students will share Solo, Duet, and small group numbers for the public this evening Free cost and General Seating! Please come and support our dance artists of tomorrow!
Freshmen students, save the date for a Snack & Study today, Wednesday, February 28th! Get ready for final exams the following week with help from Link Leaders. Snacks and tutoring will be available for students who stay from 2:30-3:30. Talk to your Link Leader for more information. Make sure you bring your student ID & have your own transportation home.
Judging for the Women’s History Month door decorating contest will take place Friday March 1st during 5th hour. You have until then to complete your doors. Contact Mrs Roman with any questions.
