I love the idea as our organization has had a youth board and they are amazing at being innovative decision makers where some adults can be very routine. Also, one would be surprised how youth feel and act in regards to holding their peers accountable. At times I had to request they be more lenient when making guidelines. I hope the youth voice is heard here and a diverse population of youth are inserted to help with choices made for the youth
