Reading and writing teacher Karla DeMott adores her dream man. She smiles as she thinks about the possibility that one day she could meet the famous Edward Cullen.
“Oh my god, I cant’s wait to get in there, I wish this line would move faster,” said a random teenage girl jumping with joy.
People of all ages stood anxiously outside, shivering in the cold, waiting to purchase their tickets. The line was so incredibly long that it passed through the doors, but that didn’t ruin anyone’s spirit.
“Breaking Dawn Part 2” has released in movie theatres at last and is the film many have been waiting for. Unfortunately it is the finale of the tragic love story of Edward and Bella. Students, even teachers prepared for the midnight show, arriving in full twilight attire, jittering with excitement.
“I really liked it, I felt like it was far off the book. They took a few interesting twists that I didn’t see coming,” said reading and writing teacher Karla DeMott
Kalamazoo 10 played “Breaking Dawn” every half hour on Friday night, November 17th because of its popularity.
“It was the best one out of all the Twilight movies and I’m sad it’s over. That movie made me go towards vampires than werewolves, but I’m still team Jacob,” said 11th grader Theresa Ramirez.
Twilight Saga lovers still debate whether they’re team Edward or team Jacob.
“I’m definitely team Edward. Something about his albino skin, you know? He’s on my list,” giggled DeMott.
The smile on their faces told it all, the movie was a big success.
