The cross country teams competed this weekend at Riverside Park in Grand Rapids. In spite of the heat, the teams ran well and 24 out of 28 runners ran season or lifetime best times. Danny, Reese, Jackson, and Dylan all medaled with Oskar, Sofia, and Amelia also finishing close to medaling. The boys teams finished 6th in the varsity race and JV race out of 18 schools. The girls finished 5th out of 19 schools in spite of missing our top runner due to illness. Great work team. They have two meets this week. Tuesday we are at the Gilmore Car Museum and Friday and Saturday at Jackson's Ella Sharpe Park.
