Candlelight Vigil for Loy Norrix Student Chhay Wong

June 8th 2015 at Milham Park a candlelight vigil was held for deceased student and fellow friend Chhay Wong. The candlelight vigil signified the impact ones death can have the community and even more importantly the impact ones life can have on a community.
Over 300 attended the candlelight vigil along with 25 Loy Norrix staff members. Over 25 people at the vigil came into the middle of the circle as others surrounded with the scintillating candles as they shared their special stories of Chhay.
Remembrance lives on through our memories and stories we tell about Chhay as we saw at this impassioned candlelight vigil.
