Loy Norrix High School Graduation of 2018

Loy Norrix High School’s commencement was held on Wednesday, June 6 at Wings Event Center. There were 272 graduates.
The commencement started with a prelude concert by Loy Norrix’s band and orchestra. Next “Pomp and Circumstance” played as the graduates walked in. The choir then sang the “National Anthem” followed by “Sunday Candy” and “For Good.”
Zaviona Woodruff welcomed the crowd and Bonnie Ann Bremer spoke midway through. Valedictorian, Abigail Guimond performed the turning of the tassel ceremony.
The senior video, produced by Mariah Sarelis, ended the ceremony with closing remarks from Principal Johnny Edwards. The commencement ended with the graduates singing the Loy Norrix School song.
